I have had this issue as well. I have seen many people have to go way past the stop sign so that you can see the traffic. I have a very difficult time especially at night. You cant see the headlights from the incoming traffic.

Someone has crashed into and taking a large portion of this fence out it's time to have the property owners move that fence line back away from the roadway.

Yeah I'm still concerned about this and it appears nothing has been done. So many close calls for accidents. Can someone please put an update as to what's being done? This area is unsafe and poses a major safety hazard to those coming from Sage onto Fairgrounds.

I think the only reason' this is being looked into is because of all the new construction work for the new Starbucks. This may increase traffic flow here.

True. I'm happy for the new Starbucks but this area is already so congested during the day

This has been reported numerous times and the response had been that the fence was within ordinance limits and the driver has to drive forward past the stop sign to see oncoming traffic. That is a cop out response and the city should force this business to correct this traffic hazard.

Bumping this up to see if there is any resolution to this. This is still a concern!
