Yes, this is a very dangerous spot on Tennessee Street. Why have the area marked in RED if it is not enforced. This needs to change and enforced. It's been this way since day one and is very dangerous.

Thanks for reporting this issue! City of Vallejo will not install physical barriers at this location. Parking in front of the ATM's is regulated by chase bank. The problem seems to be ongoing , the best available option to expedite your concerns would be to contact chase bank and escalate your concerns. As a taxpayer and an attorney, I refuse to accept responsibility for fixing this problem as your reply suggests. I reported the problem to your department as it is your job to fix. I have been in multiple close calls driving at this location and was nearly sideswiped just this week. The best way to correct this problem will be for the public works department to fix it and not ignore it or pass the buck. If you don't want to fix the problem, I will be in touch with multiple requests for public information to determine precisely who should be held responsible and will take action accordingly.
