Opis

This has been a chronic and on going issue from this adult family home over the years with an increase in frequency over the past year. The owner/manger has been receptive to complaints, however he can not be there 24/7 and nothing has changed.
Due the adult family home setting the garbage spill over always contains multiple bio hazard items; gloves, used adult diapers, miscellaneous soiled items like bed pads, etc. There is also usually food items.
This is an eye sore and nuisance, but more importantly it is a big health concern for my family and other neighbors.
