Opis

A traffic light is needed to regulate vehicles and buses going in and out of Cape Fear Elementary School and Middle School. There is a curve on the hwy 133 that is near the schools that makes it impossible for vehicles to leave the school property without the driver having to accelerate to avoid an accident. the speed limit on the hwy is 50 miles per hour. Traffic leaving out of the school in the morning is normally backed up as much as 10 minutes due to not having the traffic lights to allow vehilces to make a left hand turn.
