If the vagrants are actually there, I'd call the police and get them arrested for trespassing.

The police have been notified already and are working on this issue as well. They will be monitoring the property to keep out vagrants.

CSPD is now handling this issue. This property is a foreclosure and CSPD and Code Enforcement will work with local contacts for bank that owns the property to make sure it is properly secured and locked.
