More street work on Main St /Rt 150. Now they started doing the streets and they are rough. The round metal covers that are imbedded in the road are exposed because of re-paving so you have to watch your tires when you go through because the metal plates are elevated about 2 or 3 inches above the road. My guess is they will finish the gutters when they re-pave the whole road. During busy hours the traffic was all tied up near Old Colony Rd and Main ST/Rt150. I wish they would please get this done. Main St /Rt 150 is a State Road - we do not control what they do there and if they are in a state of work on the road this is the condition it will be in until the job is complete. Even if we had the power to do something what would you request be done?

I am not sure what the point of the "Also Mr Zandri who is running for Mayor has a big sign near Dunkin Donuts where one of the cones is never responded" comment is - I have responded to prior posts of yours before and one of the things I have mentioned is "the town doesn't monitor this website or ANY complaint posts here."

The song remains the same - the current administration (of which I am not) will NEVER monitor a third party website like this for complaint issue.

The man with the cows was within his rights to keep them the way he kept them and the barn was taken down. The state can work one these catch basins and leave the road in the current state until the work is complete.

" - Then please show up to vote and then vote for the people who have never been on Council before - you will be able to vote for four people in total on both sides of the aisle (five other people will remain incumbents; that's the way it works unless 18 people run for office - there are only 13 running and two candidates, one on each side, were Councilors prior).

It is not bad enough the gutter drains are not in Rt 150 from Wallingford going toward Meriden and also other roads in Wallingford are torn up by the state. They start something in one area, leave it and don't finish, start on the same road and leave it. What a mess. The Wallingford legislators are not doing anything about it. Parts of roads are paved all on the same rd. Near the cow farm on Main St toward Parker Farm Rd man holes are elevated where you have to watch your car tires. The state is doing a lousy job here and on the highway in New Haven. They don't finish what they start until a long time after and then they start some where else.

It appears that the gutter drains have now sealed with the black tar. The manholes that were elevated are not paved and even with the road. The road paving is still not finished but it is better than just one lane being opened on N Turnpike Rd. headed toward Meriden. I just hope they finish this street soon and stop holding up traffic for days.
