If not complied at last inspection, the property will be referred to court for a judgment from the court demanding the owner to resolve the problems. Are you kidding? No. And there was another loud party last week with calls to the Police. Licenses and Inspections does nothing to combat these illegal occupancies.

The occupancy issue isn't just for one semester. That is a devious scheme BTW. It is also hard to tell how many occupants there actually are in a house because they come and go at odd times. There is a house down the street, the occupants appear to be the same kids for a couple of years now. They have been brought up before the dean and they still have huge, loud parties which most recently resulted in another broken window and the police. It has been at least 2 weeks and the window is still covered with black plastic.
