In 20 years, street has never been repaved - street sinking around manhole, all blacktop is cracked, curbs are cracked and heaving in some spots from snow and ice - street is a mess - we have complained and been told time and again - its not been in the budget- yet adjacent street Foxwood was recently been repaved!!!!!!!!!!!
