1408 E Weaver st has been abandon for a year. The woman that once lived there died and she did not have any family in Philadelphia. Local drug addicts broke into the property and squats. Also, the property is hazardous as the septic tank and sewage line broke. After a little investigating it was discovered that the property is behind over $50,000 in property taxes. Please address the problem immediately as it has become an increasingly great issue in the neighborhood. Thank you in advance.
