A homeowner seems to have had clearing done this last summer and thrown netting over the hillside and installed random irrigation. The hillside now constantly sheds rocks and dirt into Marlborough Terrace now covering 1/4 of the lane. All that dirt and rock is going to come downhill during the rains.
