Very dark area at night, lots of tagging and hooligans roaming around all night because of the 7 Eleven on Tennessee st. The light would really help to brighten the area.I have called several times and they have responded I was told its not the bulb but the wiring. I noticed that your street light cases are all open cases maybe its time the city hired some electricians to help you with this problem.
