There is an 8 foot by 4 foot rectangular construction opening in the middle of the downhill side of street (Moyers) with at least a 4" drop in it You cannot avoid it without going into other lane It will cause an accident as it was not filled in properly The fill asphalt has sunken and rain is coming soon to make it much worse A Bicycle hitting it will probably throw the rider
