The traffic light at Breakneck Rd & Longhill Road in Oakland. I believe its a County light. When the green light is on for traffic coming off of Breakneck Road to Long Hill Road it stays green for 8-10 seconds allowing about 2 - 3 cars to go if the driver in the first car notices the green right away. During peak times traffic on Breakneck Road is backed up all the way into Wayne over a 1/2 mile or more. This green light off of Breakneck Rd needs a longer duration then 8-10 seconds. I don't know who to report this to. The green light for LongHill Rd is much longer by minutes. This needs to be reported and fixed.
