In front of apartment 626 N. Kingsley, the property contains a very deep hole casually covered by a rotting piece of plywood.

This hole has been present for many MANY months and it is unsafe for the residents who rent from this property owner.

I was unable to find the property owner however here is the Assessor's ID No. 5521-007-033 for that parcel of land.

The property building's wall above this hole has also been tagged with graffiti.
