Opis

Pretty new black street lights recently installed throughout Willowick are poorly timed. The one at the interscection of Vine and Willowick Drive is the worse. Traffic gets backed up beyond Dudley Park.

The new lights installed are not going to be 'timed' until June. The one @ lakeshore and 305 is bad as well. The traffic heading eastbound both lanes on lakeshore was backed up to the light @ shoregate during the 4:30-5:30 rush, and the light at vine and lakeshore had north bound vine st. traffic backed up all the way to burger king. These lights need to be corrected now, not 2 months from now.
