Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard.

This issue is closing. There was no loose garbage when the code officer went by to look into this issue. All garbage was bagged and in the can. The code officer will continue to follow up and check on this issue at this property.
