How are we meant to call 911 while riding our bikes down the middle of the street? This is a constant problem that requires police vigilence

yeah, call 911 and the police will respond at the end of the shift to record "unfounded" i realize this is the recommended way to go but why can't the PPA do anything about cars blocking lanes? they have an army on the ground at any given time. why is this a police problem?

not to mention trash trucks, whose employees literally hurl garbage bags from the south end of the street to their trucks parked in the bike lane...thus endangering EVERYONE, not just cyclists.

I'm dealing with this issue on a daily basis with cars constantly stopped in the bike lanes on Pine and Spruce, it creates a dangerous and deadly situation.
