It is NOT legal under Vallejo code, but the police did nothing about it when they were called Mar. 10 at 4:34pm. The hulk of what may be a stolen car has now had it's roof cut off (at 3:30am this morning), and there are sharp metal edges waiting to hurt any man woman or child who might venture too close to it on the sidewalk. It is an obvious traffic hazard as well, but obviously the city of Vallejo would rather have it's insurance carrier settle than to deal with the dangerous situation themselves.

The address should be 129 Alameda not 708 Pennsylvania

The address where the car is stripped in front of is 211-215 Alameda St.

The people who stripped the auto and left the debris live at 742 Pennsylvania. Although the hulk is on Alameda. They are the responsible parties
