    It's so loud. How can the street sweeper be that loud? Please please fix it. It is super whiney and sounds like it has bad valves. I hate it because it wakes me up at 5 something, like right now, again.

    The street sweeper downtown is so loud. It needs to have it's valves cleaned again or something. It is not supposed to have a super loud whine. At 530 in the morning I can hear it from several blocks away coming and going and circling back. It is an insane noise way beyond it's usual operating noise. Absolutely nuts to wake people up with that. I use earplugs and a fan and that whine cuts right through.

    On Florida street there are a few birch trees. One of them is very dead and dropping branches. It's great firewood if someone wants to chop it. But it's a hazard with snagged branches. Easy to take down.
    There are several sweetgum trees that also need attention.

    The street sweeper truck is way too loud. It sounds like a siren that doesn't stop. It has a terrible resonant whine that sounds like it has a bad valve. At 6:30 am it is an evil thing. Going around and around the neighborhood sounding like a broken emergency siren. It is impossible to sleep through. I use earplugs and a fan for white noise but the truck cuts right through into the center of my head. One more reason to leave Vallejo. The garbage trucks beeping are bad enough, but the street sweeper is an evil sound that can be heard four blocks away, and it comes back around several times. Torment.
