    On Willow at 17th, there is an encampment with a make shift room and trash blocking the street. It has been here for at least 6 months.

    Drivers cannot see the humans that live in the trash. When someone dies, this post will serve as a record for a lawsuit.

    Wood Street from 24th through 32nd make shift homes that are part of a homeless encampment. The camp is in the road with tents, carts and loose dogs. This is a safety concern. The people in this camp are often in the middle of the road. This is an accident waiting to happen if the city of Oakland continues to ignore the influx of homeless encampments in West Oakland.

The occupied RVs do not belong on public streets.
