Street damage from water main leak months ago. Pothole at intersection. We were promised this would be repaved but it never was and really needs to be at least patched again.

A foul odor is coming from the sanitary pump house. It looks like the Cap on the exhaust pipe from the pump is not closing when the pump motor is not running, and sewer gases are escaping from it.

Front lawn is grossly overgrown, and needs to be trimmed. Weeds are 3 Feet high.

Landscape Shrubs are blocking the sidewalk and need to be trimmed to enable safe passage on a public sidewalk.

Cement Drainage Ditch is clogged with tree debris at grate for street crossing. there is a big red cone sitting on the grate to identify it.

Right lane of Redwood Street before the turn to onramp of west 80 is in bad shape very bumpy, and rough since heavy rains washed away asphalt.

This on ramp is in really bad shape. The road is failing and has rebar exposed just past metering lights on right side of ramp./

Leaking water pipe was repaired 2 months ago. Pot hole developed and the city put one shovel full of cold pack in it. Now it's twice the size and needs to be repaired.

The following Comcast Pedestals have been left open, and have missing security bolts. Some have cables exposed, but all are a hazard to the Public, including Comcast Customers. They need to be secured, and Technicians working in this area in the future need to be concealed on the proper ways to secure the Comcast Plant in the future.
