    It looks like there is a water leak under the street. You may want to look when it stops raining and has dried up. But I have seen it for one week now. It is coming up from the below layer of pavement, and is draining down into the storm drain. I would say it is 4-6 feet across and around 7-8 feet from the storm drain. Also, the storm drain is working, yay! But it is busted up from a city truck backing up over it. :(
