Water seeping out of ground on the north east side of Building 5. It is in the rear lot of building 62.

Raw sewage is flooding the area and leaking out to the storm drains at Building 584. The sewage is a health hazard and needs to be addressed immediately. Sewage leaks right into the storm drain which leads out to the bay, presenting a hazard to the environment and people nearby.

Storm drain needs to be cleared. The entire area becomes flooded every time it rains.

There is graffiti on one of the electrical boxes across from Alameda Point Studios

Light across City Hall West does not work anymore. May be safety hazard as adequate lighting is needed at night for workers coming out of City Hall West.

Rock Wall Wine tasting sign is crooked and is leaning towards the street. Sign needs to be straightened.

This is an urgent safety issue. As of 11/22/2017, there are 3 skateboards hanging on the lamp post by the Alameda skate park. I'm not sure how secure they are, but this is a safety hazard and should be addressed immediately. I don't want them falling on cars or on a person. The shoes should be taken down as well.

Streetlights behind building 7 is out. Please ensure a fix ASAP as this is an urgent safety issue for people walking at night.
