    On Spragins St north of Spring and south of Clinton there are 3 lights out on the east side adjacent to Russell Erskine. Left side of picture. It is pretty dark on the sidewalk without these lights, especially considering we're right next to a park and in a mostly commercial area.

    3 lights on Clinton (2 south, 1 north) between Spragins and Jefferson. All 3 are visible from Russell Erskine. The light from the Clinton/Spragins intersection on the south side is pretty bright and maybe justifies not replacing the south side lights. But the one on the north I think is still fairly necessary for adequate lighting.

    This report is for 4 lights out on Washington Street. The first is on the northeast corner of the intersection with Monroe Street, and is flagged with blue flagging tape. The other three are on the west side of Washington Street, adjacent to Veterans Park. The southmost of these is flagged with blue flagging tape. The two next streetlights going north from this one are also out, but I couldn't flag them, since they were behind a crash barrier. The nearest address on the west side is 200 Monroe, the nearest address on the east side is 401 Meridian.
