    The lamps directly under the I-91 at Humphrey street doe not work. There is no lamp post number. It is apparently the responsibility of CT-DOT. I have not been able to get the City of New Haven to repair it. As the days get darker, this is becoming a safety issue!

    A man hole cover has been missing on the State Street sidewalk just below I-91 North for the past 4 days. A 4x4 plank has been placed over it, but the risk to pedestrians remains.
