    About a month ago there was a fire at this house. No one lived there since. Because of all the food and garbage in the house. And the garbage outside the house. There have been problem with rodents around the neighboring properties. And racoons near their garbage.

    Snow and ice all over the sidewalk. It's now slippery.
    Also most the whole block it like this. People don't shovel at all, or not correctly.

    Just walking by, I seen smith sondy paving company, tearing up a good section of the street, that have just been filled in like 6 months.
    Yet the dip near 147 was not fixed. They paved over the hole in front of 155.

    Them tearing up a perfectly good recently filled in and paved part of the road for no reason. Is a waste of time, materials, and money.
    Wonder how many other times do they do that, where they tear up a perfectly good portion?

    On the corner of Williams and westside. Tree branches are hanging low. People have to bend down to walk past.
    It also leaning against the upstairs apartments windows.

    2 pothole. 1 in front of 147 Lexington, there's just a dip in there, may become a pothole soon. 1 in front of 153 Lexington, which also have a dip, and a small pothole.
    Both of these have bee filled this year. It needs to be dug up, filled with dirt and packed.
    The last time they fixed it, all the did was filled it with asphalt, and did not pack it done.

    Every time it get's hot out, they blast their music. You can hear it down the block.
    I've stopped calling the police because they never do anything.

    Pothole in front of 145 Lexington Ave. Looks like it's turning into a sink hole. It's getting bigger everyday.

    So they finally put up delineators on Union and Westside. But they did not finish them.
    Cars are still blocking the crosswalk.

    2 problem. Lexington Ave, between West Side Ave. and Mallory. The recycling came early. Before 7.
    So I didn't get a chance to put mine out.
    Second problem, they missed some houses also.

    Jersey City website say's,
    Put bins on curb between 5pm and 7pm the day before your pick-up.
    Pick up is between 8pm and 5am.

    If we put our stuff out early, we'd get a ticket. Then they come early, and we missed putting it out.

    Lexington Ave., between Westside Ave. and Mallory Ave., they missed lots of houses and did pick up all the recycling.

    They replaced perfectly non damaged curb cutout on Boyd and Westside.
    Which they then made worse, by not repairing the asphalt around there which they removed. There by making it a tripping hazard.
    That was a wast of money. They were not damaged to begin with.

    Sidewalk caved in because street in front of their house have never been filled in. The city just put plates over the hole that they dug 3 months ago.
    The dirt underneath about 2-3 feet in all directions.
    I was riding my bike this morning and almost fell in the hole.

    Loud music at 156 Lexington Ave. It's coming from a red Saab 93 convertible.
    Every time it get's hot out. 2 old ladies blast their music from their house.
    This have been going on for years.
    I call the cops. 99% of the time they do not come down. When they do, I don't know if they give them a fine or just a warning, but a minute after they leave. They start blasting the music again.
    Don't people have any consideration for anyone?
    If they want lister to their music loud, put on some headphones.
