    All the street lights remain out on West River Parkway from at least Lake street to 44th street S. I avoided a car crash today that was likely exacerbated by how dark it is without any lights. I see that others have submitted complaints about this through 311 and that the lights are not being replaced. I am concerned that someone will get seriously injured or killed because it is so dark, especially given that it's now winter so it's dark many hours of the day, and this is a very popular bike and pedestrian trail. When will the lights be replaced?

    traffic entering east bound lake street from 55 needs to have a shorter signal. east bound lake street is backed up due to construction and vehicles are sitting in and crossing through the crosswalk when there is a walk signal. I encountered this today at 3:30 and last Wednesday at 4pm. i was trying to cross lake street going south on the hiawatha lrt trail. it might be okay at non rush hour times. it is unsafe for people biking walking and rolling to cross when there are vehicles sitting in and crossing through the crosswalk when there is a walk signal.

    as evident by the unplowed snow, vehicle has not moved since before the first snow emergency was declared on February 22. this is on a snow emergency route and it was not fully plowed due to this vehicle.
