Owner of this lot continue to build makeshift "fences" and leaves dangerous trash like this in his yard. It's an eye sore for the neighborhood and extremely dangerous overall. Why not just build a fence already??

Unsightly trash and dangerous trash left all over this man's yard and he refuses to clean it up or build a fence - neighbors are sick of dealing with this constantly and it's a huge safety hazard overall.
