    2. AT&T Emergency Repairs: At the end of the summer 2023, AT&T conducted “emergency work” which caused damage to the City’s water pipe and the sanitary sewer. The City (via PW) responded and fixed the water pipe (over about a week+ period) but the sanitary sewer damage was not addressed. The gatehouse restroom is not functional as a result and the HOA has a quote of $19,000 for the sanitary sewer to be fixed. Seeking a City response on the repairs.
