Trees need trimming as they are hitting vehicles driving down alleyway. Cannot drive down without hitting trees

Tree on the north side of 15th Ave N needs to be trimmed as it blocks your view to safely see if it is any traffic is coming south down 49th St N

The playgrounds at Mt Vernon Elem school have been under construction for more than a year now with no end in sight. This is utterly ridiculous and has caused numerous issues with neighbors. Constant dust has clogged air conditioning systems and made houses and vehicles nearly impossible to keep clean. Noise pollution and disruption is almost a daily experience. If this was a contracted job this would have been done in less than 1/4 the time it has taken. Extremely poor oversight of this project is the blame.
