I submitted a ticket to JEA, but who knows if they'll actually do their job and fix it. This little road next to Coastline FCU is pitch black at night because of the heavy tree cover, and only a couple of the lights work. I've come this close to hitting jaywalking pedestrians and raccoons running across the road because how how dark it is, not to mention the terrible visibility when it pours rain. Plus it's a dangerous area to walk in since it's so dark.
