REQUESTING THAT #64 CYPRESS DRIVE BE BOARDED UP UNTIL THE HOME CAN BE TORN DOWN. LOITERING IS OCCURRING DURING THE NIGHT BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS OPEN. GANG GRAFFITI COVERS THE BACKSIDE OF THE OUTER WALLS OF THE HOME. WINDOWS AND BACKDOOR NEEDS TO BE BOARDED UP TO PREVENT ENTRY.

This person has posted Beware of Dog on his trees in the front yard and allows his Rotwiller to roam free when outside, he has tried to attack my dog who was leashed and I beat him off with a stick. Can't something be done before this dog attacks a child? The dog also chases after vehicles in motion. I'm scared to get out of my vehicle when it is outside loose.

City drainage ditch has almost washed away my driveway. The culvert is not draining and has washed all the gravel from my street. We have been trying to get this fixed for months. Trucks come out and do nothing. About ready to contact Mayor office as it is getting to be a safety issue. Had just paid to have gravel spread and know it is all washed away to the surrounding overflowed areas. Also peoples trash is washing up on the property.

There is a lot of traffic and a stop light should be considered for this intersection.

THE RESIDENCE ACROSS THE STREET FROM 1121 WEST 22ND HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH OR SO. THESE BREAK-INS ARE OCCURRING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT WHILE THE OCCUPANTS ARE AT WORK. WE NEED EXTRA PATROL IN OUR AREA DURING THE DAYTIME BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. & 5:00 P.M.

17th Ave., midway between Beech and Oak has been in this condition for years, photo supplied. A similar situation is midway between Oak and Elm on 17th, one block away.

Our house seems to be the only one in Pine Bluff that has no maintained drainage ditch. Our tree roots are exposed more each year from out yard flooding after each rain. Can you direct my request for drainage ditch maintainence to the right department please?

Also, just around the corner on Bobo Rd. I have marked an old unlidded utility hole that needs to be filled in. I caught my leg down in it while walking.

Around 3 weeks ago a House was Demolished. It is 3 weeks later and it has not been cleaned up or have any type of notice posted.

1. There is a huge drop off at the end of my driveway which causes my car to drag on the concrete due to one side being lower than the other. I need the city to fill in the edge of the driveway to level it out.
2. At the corner of Vaugine and N Bois D Arc there is a large pothole at the corner. It needs to be filled in which could cause major damage to vehicles turn that corner.

This property really needs to be torn down. It is nothing but an eye sore and the worst property on the block. The owner hasn't did anything in 15 years. I try to keep the grass cut but vandals have destroyed and stolen and broken everything they could. I have called for years but with no help, can you please put it on the list to be demolished. Thank You.
