Residents and several others who come during the week are operating a commercial-scale food prep kitchen in the garage and a double BBQ smoker / trailer unit in the yard. Smoker pollutes the air frequently for many hours every week.

The tenants of 300 60th Ave S moved out a week or so ago. A bedroom window was either left open or has been pried open and remains open.

Our waterfront property smells so bad of dead fish I cannot venture out to take a photo, but please, please clean this mess up. The shoreline of our Bahama Shores neighborhood has a huge problem. The problem extend into the corner properties that border waterfront along 4th St S.
