She is disbursing into the road( 19th ave S side) (not on her property)and the bread gets into our tires. ALSO, the bird, rats is becoming a nuisance with their feces. If she would stop feeding these wild animals, the animals would leave. Several people have asked her to stop putting the bread in the road and stop feeding the animals. SHE IS LITTERING DAILY. -
