NA - Garden Manor Neighborhood Association PLUS

Multiple areas of water steadily flowing out of the grass across the sidewalk on the North side of 18th Ave North for several weeks. Water is foul smelling and is causing a build up of mold on the sidewalk and along the curb causing a very hazardous condition for pedestrians.

Pot hole destroyed my cars lip and possibly my bumper when it ripped off 2 weeks ago (was on vacation for the last week and a half). Someone needs to contact me about filing a claim because it's not cheap.

Overgrown yard, property vacant, not maintained. please assist thank you

The canals that feed this lake to help with our flooding issues are over grown with water plants and the lake is very high. The water cannot move efficiently through this area and it's supposed to provide an outlet for the flood waters in our neighborhood. But instead the water is becoming stagnant and will not allow for water flow.

Sewer drain has been knocked off resulting in a dangerous situation.
Drain sewer is completely exposed to children and small animals.

PALM FRONDS IN THE STREET

Retention pond located behind our property needs grass/vegitatation around waters edge trimmed (city property). A crew recently trimmed the north side (acoss the water from us) but they often never come back to do the west side (where we are). This side is difficult to get to so it goes ignored. Thank you.

There is a large water and garbage filled hole on the North side of the street. It is causing the sidewalk to be a slimy slip and fall hazard.
