Powiadomienia

  • 771 Yonge St Midland, ON L4R 2E1, Canada - Midland
    Where's the sidewalk?!
  • 586 Victoria St Midland, ON L4R 3S9, Canada - Midland
The trail gets flooded spring and fall. Either this section of trail should be raised or put a section of dyke between it and lake.

at There are two sections of this trail that are so steep (over 20% grade by my measurements) that it is impossible to even push a bike uphill. If I'm carrying my kid on my bike or in the bike trailer I can barely make it up the hill with all my strength. My wife cannot do it at all.

We are both in the prime of health and strong. So if someone is less able or elderly I believe they won't be able to take this at all. I'm not sure how this trail got approved given accessibility laws in Ontario.

I'm not sure what someone was thinking. The slides are way too high off the ground for toddlers and preschoolers. Everything seems like it was installed at least one foot too high. Please add more dirt or lower the equipment.

There are two trees blocking the alternative route on the MidPen trail. Not sure who's job it is to maintain this. Perhaps Midland?

Town has open barrels of garbage outside the restaurant in the park. A banquet for sea gulls. Then a sea gulls steals my hot dog out of my hand. Then while my pre-schooler is crying about that, another sea gull bites her finger!

You're not making it easy to enjoy this park, town.

There's no way someone in a wheelchair (or a kid on a bike) can access the trail from the road. The only choice other than stairs are these blocked off entrances.

Instead of a chain why not just have a bollard so it's legally accessible?

This can't be good for the stairs.
