It’s getting worse every day. There are people peeing in the street and walking around practically naked with no shirt and their b*tt completely out. Every day a new abandoned vehicle appears on the street taking all the parking from renters/homeowners and people associated with 303 lemon junkers walking around at all hours and blasting music in their cars or campers. They even have a propane hook up set up in the front yard most of the time.

Dong Yoo was supposed to have had a follow up visit at 303 Lemon St on 8/23 but all the cases were marked closed with no further action. It would appear that he has given 303 Lemon St. a code variance https://library.municode.com/ca/vallejo/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT7PUHESAWE_IIINU_CH7.54PRMA_7.54.030UNPRVI obviously this does not apply to 303 Lemon St. Nor does the 72 hour parking code apply. The mobile home up on jacks and camper have been parked in front of 303 Lemon St. for over 45 days. Face the facts folks city of vallejo can't enforce their own codes. I wrote a letter to the interim city manager but she quit. This city is badly broken.

Is the city reading their own code? Section 7.96.040 - Overnight parking exception: "No mobile living unit may be parked under the provisions of this section anywhere in the city for two or more consecutive nights." Moreover, where does the code state that it's OK to have a permanent extension code that runs from the house to the RV?

Ive sent in multiple complaints. The only thing that has worked is to call 911 and complain, request a officer to come out. If they don't do anything, call 911 again. They will give a case number. Everyone should try this.

Good Guy, I called and the operator just tells me that they are "aware" of the situation. So I asked when will it be resolved? We are working on it but there are so many things ahead of it that require attention first....same old crap line I always get from them!

The larger RV has moved (at least for now). The other RV remains and the space from the RV has replaced by more junk vehicles from the junkyard. I don't know if the RV moved from city action or from luck.

It looks to be coordinated action. Right after it moved the occupant from the smaller RV moved the VW bug that had been down the street for weeks in front of the house.

Ps. The cops are saying some of the other vehicles that have been parked with no movement on Alden are “legally parked” even though the people dropping them off don’t live in the area and/or don’t start up

Why does it have to go through so many departments? The violation of the municipal code is clear, so why can't it be a lower-priority action for the police? They go down this street every day-- how hard would it be to put the red "you have to move in three days" sticker on the RV? Please don't tell me that this will take another month.

@Diogenes and other SeeClickFix users - FYI, city staff does not have the ability to archive issues - that is only automatically done by SeeClickFix if a) an issue is older (not sure what the timeframe is), or b) an issue is marked as a duplicate. Staff must close issues in SeeClickFix so that we can go through all of the incoming reported issues. If we leave them opened/acknowledged, they remain in the queue and it would take us longer to address each incoming issue.
