Agreed, this is a terrible intersection, especially now that the trains are running. Traffic coming through a green light from Prince onto 4th or Broadway almost always stops when they see the red light on Broadway. They stop right in the middle of the tracks, waiting for it to turn green, and all of the other traffic is confused. It will be even worse in the future when there's traffic to/from the ballpark, and when the bike trails dump cyclists off at that intersection. Maybe the northbound lights on Broadway should be moved south of the intersection, so they're not visible to traffic turning right from Prince?

We have assessed this and it is being sent to the Central Corridor Light Rail Project office.
