Thank you for caring about your community and at least trying to do something. High five to you.

However that does not solve the parking issue. The problem, as you probably know, is that there is a 72 hr max on a street in most all of California. The issue is that cars parked for long periods of time go unnoticed unless, someone like yourself, calls and places a complaint. Notice I said "place a complaint" rather than "complain".

So your situation is some what unique. I am guessing that there is a lack of parking in your area, rather that it just bugs you.

Some ideas and/or options (perform discretely for your safety and anatomy) :
1. Check if vehicles have up to date CA License Plates/Tags
2. See if there is a oil or antifreeze leak.
3. Is vehicle left unlocked and are there children playing in the area.
4. Is there trash or hazardous junk in view
5. Is the street surface being damaged some how.
6. Is the vehicle parked on a hill (does not look like it)
7. How close to Rodeo Creek or Storm Drain is the vehicle parked.

If you find any of these items and/or others ..... you may get assistance from another Government agency. I hope these ideas may help.

Thank u for the help. Yes it's hard for me to back out of my driveway because it's pretty close fit in a tight street and it's been parked there for five days now with no tags. Other neighbors are complaining also.so I guess I'll just keep trying.
