Same applies for state st and court st crossing

Yes I actually thought this post was talking about State and Court. It’s extremely quick there and it also takes a very long time waiting to get the signal to walk.

I hate to be a party pooper, but I take a deep interest in traffic control devices, and I can tell you that our city strictly follows all required guidelines as per the MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices).

I've already conducted multiple studies on the time allotted for pedestrians to cross streets, and our city is definitely following the rules. There is a mathematical calculation that determines the number of seconds allotted to cross. Our city is doing it right.

If you would like the allotted time for pedestrians to cross a street to be extended, please start a campaign to change the guidelines of the MUTCD.

This area is part of a planned redesign of lower State St. Tommy should probably ask Mr. Zinn why the duration of those lights is being increased and stop pretending that he knows what he's talking about.
