"Access," in this case means driving or riding in a motor vehicle with the "handicapped" tag hanging from the rear-view mirror.

These barriers violate Federal Law.

Ignoring this violation of Federal law will not make it go away.

I received the 31 day notice but this report has not been acknowledged. Another resident, who has a child with a disability has also filed a report on this issue. Please explain.
