City of New Haven assigned this issue to Transportation, Traffic & Parking Department - Daytime Parking Enforcement Supervisor

People do this all the time! Like it's OK. At the same intersection, cars routinely park in the westbound bus stop. Cops, as usual, ignore these 'minor' transactions, leaving them to Traffic & Parking —which doesn't patrol residential streets. Quality of life crimes may seem small, but they degrade the neighborhood.

So NHPD doesn't issue tickets for this type of violation?
