I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and that place has always been a junkyard dump. Unlicensed & junk vehicles on the street, not to mention the yard. It looks totally creepy. I feel sorry for neighbors having to live around that. Nothing gets changed by doing nothing though…

His property is clearly in violation of every ordinance and the cars in the yard overlay. I’m mainly concerned he has 5 cars on the street for storage and no one can get through there. Especially emergency vehicles.

RPD responded to this complaint on 04/26/24 and this vehicle was tagged. A follow-up was conducted after 7 days and the vehicle was moved and parked at a different location in the same general area.
