Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When they have responded I will update this issue.

Our inspector notified the owner on 3/29/12 to register the property. On 6/11/12 I sent out civil citations for no response. On 6/12/12 a new owner was noted and a new notification was sent on 6/13/12. We will continue to follow up.

The violation here has been resolved as of 6/23/12. Sorry we have not updated before now....we're just clearing a number of old cases and this one turned up.
