Large boat has been illegally parked here for weeks, blocked the recycling truck from passing this morning. It is in a no parking zone

Officer Granger has made contact with the owner, who has moved the boat. He has also warned nearby college student renters about parking in no-parking zone and will follow up to make sure he has compliance.
