Please advise how I can raise awareness for the need for a green traffic arrow to be installed in wake county at the intersection of Sunset Lake Road, and Bass Lake Road.

East bound traffic on Bass Lake Road trying to turn left onto Sunset Lake Road is unable to do so due to the volume of west bound traffic on Bass Lake Road.
