Have called animal control about 10 times on this dogs over the last 3 weeks and have seen no alleviation to the problem of the owners leaving their dog out the entire night so that it may bark at every single thing that goes by their home.
Received a call about a week ago from animal control saying they were going to send the owner of the dog a warning and would send me more information on what I could do if the barking persisted but I received no such information and I can only assume their warning hasn't received them. If it's this hard to simply get them warned of the barking, I can't imagine how difficult it will be to actually get action taken to get the barking to stop. Please take some sort of action against them, this has gotten passed ridiculous.
