Alley Has Large Potholes: The Alley that runs behind my house at 4623 Patterson Ave has several very large holes that stay filled with water year round. They become breeding grounds for pests and flies and make it difficult to drive down the alley if you are not in an SUV or truck. Please fix at earliest convenience. Thank you,
