Both Ordinance Officers responded to the complaint. Not one of the violations listed were visible from the street. If the violations still exist please confirm the address and if they can only be seen from private property we will need access to that property to view the violations. At this time, the complaint is unfounded.

I think both Ordinance Officers should be Fired! Did they drive down Brassie and see the condition of the wood fence? Why can all the neighbors see this violation but our well paid employees cannot? I guess our re-elected mayor needs to take a drive around his neighborhood and do his job/

I think you're being too rough on the Ordinance Officers and Mayor. Concern started with the wrong address. Also believe it or not there is a Butterfield Road and a Butterfield Lane in Flossmoor. In two quite separate locations. Give them another chance to figure it out.

I am sorry about the wrong address. I am very disappointed that these issues are not addressed by our employed officers. Why do we have to notify the village of these glaring violations? Isn't that the job of these employees to identify these obvious problems? We have some people who have moved from this community and still maintain their homes better until sold than some of these current property owners do.

Also, there is one full-time Ordinance Officer addressing property maintenance issues for the entire Village, that is why SeeClickFix is a valuable tool to bring issues concerning our residents to my attention which results in a more timely response.
