Trash overflow from business. 801 is using several of the waste bins in the neighborhood to dump there business waste in. It's a mess. Trash and litter near bins that blows up and down the street. Not at all visually appealing, not following city code regarding maintaining the property. I live in this neighborhood and clean it up. I shouldn't bear the burden of a bigger issue-the city not reinforcing any codes or regulations to residents in violation who live and do business in this neighborhood.

This is an ongoing issue throughout Carver and there are several tickets that have not been address this problem. To close this ticket without completing the task maybe a little premature and could end up with tickets 47863 and 47868 on a waiting list to be resolved.
I spoke to the owner of the building and recognized the problem. This lead him to speak to the store and suggest that they have someone come around at take the trash to the recycling center near the diamond.
